Ashley E. Hunt, 28, of Chillicothe, died 3:17 p.m. Thursday, February 21, 2013 in the Wexner Medical Center at the Ohio State University following an extended illness.
She was born January 16, 1985, in Chillicothe, to Edgar E. and Suzanne E. Borland Detty, both whom survive of Chillicothe.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Aaron J. Hunt, of Chillicothe; paternal grandparents, Charles E. and Geraldine Detty, of Londonderry; mother-in-law, Lynda Hunt, of Columbus; a brother-in-law, Kasey Hunt, of Columbus; aunts and uncles, Dale and Carolyn Gillette, of Chillicothe, Toby and Mary Borland, Robert Borland all of Chillicothe; and her beloved dog and companion, Penny. She was predeceased by her father-in-law, Samuel Hunt; maternal grandparents, Robert and Rowena Borland and an uncle, Steve A. Detty.
Ashley was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church in Jackson, Ohio. She graduated Cum Laude with a BA in English. Ashley was a former employee of Medco in Dublin.
A celebration of her life will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, March 9, 2013 in the Wesley United Methodist Church, Jackson with Rev. William Goodall officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
