Matthew Dana Goff, 31, of Chillicothe, died Wednesday morning, December 20, 2006, unexpectedly. He was born January 13, 1975, in Broward County, Florida to Vernon R. and Dena L. Burlile Goff. Surviving are; his father, Vernon R. Goff, of Chillicothe; grandfather, Vernon Goff, Sr., of Jackson, Kentucky; grandparents, Dana and Betty Burlile, of Chillicothe; a brother, Dean Goff, of Chillicothe; a sister, Shannon Williams, of Chillicothe; special friends, Richard and Tracey Annon and Lisa Hardy, all of Chillicothe and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his mother, Dena L. Goff and grandmother, Fay Goff. Matthew was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and served during the Gulf War. He attended the Calvary Lutheran Church and was a caterer at the Canal Smokehouse. Friends may call at the Ware Funeral Home 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, December 23, 2006, with cremation to follow.
