Charlie, I will miss you so much, I won't have anyone to argue with. I'll miss seeing you wheeling down the hall and whistling as you go by, I'll miss hearing you strumming your guitar and singing your songs. I love you.

I've only known charlie for about 4 years and he was a man who took the smallest things in life an made them seem awesome. he was a good music cridic he was a hank snow fan and he would say that's not the way hank would sing it but it's ok the way you did it, and then he'd smile at me. but most of all charlie was a wonderful man who was more concerned about others than himself and that makes him really special I'll really miss him

Sorry for your loss. Charlie was a good neighbor, I can still hear him whistling everytime he came outside.

May you rest in God's arms Charlie. I told you the first day we met that we would become family.....but little did I know just how close we would grow. You were our guardian angel, and you watched over Rusty when we couldn't be there for him. You filled our days with laughter when we felt we had nothing to laugh about. You always kept the faith - even when we struggled. The Seymoure Family thanks God, daily that he allowed our paths to cross. The nursing home will never be the same without you!! You will be greatly missed. You and Rusty enjoy your heavenly home. Until we meet again my friend.......I will never forget you! Ps.. I promise will take care of your cars. Love Mary

I am so sorry for your loss Diane. I remember your dad used to come through Chip's when I worked there and he always had something funny to say to make us laugh. He was a good man.

Charlie was a joy and a blessing to all who knew him. The hallways of Kindred of Chillicothe will never be the same without his whistling, guitar playing and good natured teasing. He will truly be missed by many.
