Jody Grable

     Jody Grable, 38, of Chillicothe, died 9:47 a.m. Sunday, September 1, 2019 at Ohio State University’s Wexner Medical Center following an extended illness.

     She was born October 3, 1980, in Chillicothe, to David L. and Ginger M. Pierce Grable. 

     Surviving are a son, David Lee Grable II; her father, David L. Grable I; sisters, Jana (Fred) Bushatz and Joni (Shane) Grable; a grandmother, Joyce Chaney; an aunt, Cindy Stewart; nieces, Lacey Bushatz and Allyssa Strausbaugh; nephews, Dalton Conrad and Dylan Bushatz, all of Chillicothe; and numerous other extended family members whom she loved dearly.  She was predeceased by her mother, Ginger M. Grable; grandparents, Tom Chaney and Betty and Dave Crabtree; an aunt, Crystal Pierce; an uncle, Daniel Chaney; and a niece, Kelsey Grable. 

     A graveside service will be held 2:30 p.m. Thursday, September 5, 2019 in Greenlawn Cemetery with Kenneth Self officiating.  There will be no calling hours.  Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.

     In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Ware Funeral Home to help the family.
