Rita K Skaggs

     Rita K. Skaggs, 64, of Chillicothe, died 11:40 p.m. Friday, September 6, 2019 in Heartland of Chillicothe following a brief illness.

     She was born May 1, 1955, in Chillicothe, to the late James E. and Meraldine L. Clark Skaggs. 

     Surviving are a son, Sean Skaggs and his fiancée, Jackie Wilson, of Logan; granddaughters, Lauryn Mansfield, Caitlyn Nixon, Trinity Wilson and Carley Wilson; and a sister, Mary Ann Shope and her fiancé, John Cox, of Chillicothe. 

     Rita loved animals, especially her chickens, and gardening.

     In keeping with her wishes, she will be cremated.  There will be no calling hours or funeral services.  Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
