Vicki D Atwood

     Vicki D. Atwood, 67, of Chillicothe passed away 2:30 a.m. Tuesday, August 6, 2019 in Adena Regional Medical Center following an extended illness.  

     She was born Feb. 23, 1952, in Chillicothe to the late Jerry and Verna Crabtree Gray.  She was married to Sandee Atwood who preceded her in death June 3, 2000.

     Surviving are daughters, Amanda (Robert) Bellar, of Chillicothe and Sandra Reno and companion, James “Tank” Withrow III, of Columbus; grandchildren, Daniel, Allen, Jessica, Jarod, Bob (Parker), James (Whitney), Jason (Amanda), and several great-grandchildren; a brother, Jerry (Susanne) Gray, of Chillicothe; a sister, Cindy Mathews, of Batavia, OH; aunts, Virginia (Everett) Hartman, of Chillicothe and Emma Henary, of Dennison, OH;  uncle, Len Gray; cousin, Keith (Vera) Gray, of Piketon and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.  She was predeceased by uncle, Buck Crabtree; aunt and uncle, Ruth and Ron Taylor; aunt and uncle, Geraldine Bell and Roy Arsene Gray; grandparents, Goldie and Babe Crabtree and a brother-in-law, Dickey Mathews.

     Vicki retired from R.C.I. and was a huge OSU and Cincinnati Reds fan.

     Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, August 8, 2019 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.  Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. prior to the service on Thursday.
