Amy M. Smith, 38, of Frankfort, passed at 6:04 p.m. Saturday, November 25, 2023 in the Ohio State University's Wexner Medical Center unexpectedly.

She was born January 12, 1985, in Chillicothe, to Edward A. Sr. and Lisa A. Williams Woolum.

Surviving are children, Makayla Woolum and Nick Smith, both at home; mother and step father, Lisa Patrick Fast, of Chillicothe; father, Edward Woolum, Sr., of Chillicothe; brothers, Edward A. (Shannon) Woolum, Jr., of Frankfort and Charlie Woolum, of Chillicothe; sisters, Stacy (Jason) Spillane, Erica Harrington, Michaela Woolum, Sierra Woolum and Cheryl (Lee) Leasure, all of Chillicothe; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 12 Noon Monday, December 4, 2023 at WARE FUNERAL HOME with Payton Wamsley officiating.  Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort, Ohio.  Friends and family may call 1 hour prior to the service on Monday.
