Anthony Lee Waters was born into the arms of Jesus at 2:22 p.m. Sunday, June 23, 2024 in Mt. Carmel Grove City and is now resting in Heaven.

Surviving are his mother, Christa Waters, of Chillicothe; father, Timothy Howell, of Portsmouth; maternal grandmother, Janet Waters, of Chillicothe; 3 brothers, Zack, Alex and TJ Moore; a sister, Peggy Howell; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.  He was predeceased by a maternal grandfather, Terry Waters; paternal grandmother, Peggy Howell.

A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, June 27, 2024 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Bruce Viar officiating.
