Barbara Earley, 82, of Chillicothe passed 7:29 a.m. Wednesday, February 12, 2025 in CareCore at Westmoreland Place following an extended illness.

She was born March 28, 1942, in Ross County, Ohio, to the late Fred Marshall and Nellie Marie Barnhart Wolford.  On November 21, 1981, she married Marion Earley who passed March 4, 2021.

Surviving are children, Ashley (Anderson) Ramsey, of Chillicothe, Brian Poling, of Chillicothe, Kara Fuller, of Ohio and Larry Joe Mick, of Frankfort; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; a sister, Patricia Gearhart, of Kingston; and numerous nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by sisters, Betty Richardson, Louise Seymour, Loretta Gray, Delores Madden and Evonna Armstrong and brothers, Carson Wolford, Edgar Wolford, Willard Wolford and Roger Wolford.

Barbara worked as the Cook and Bartender at the Cozy Inn for many years.  To this day, they still continue to serve her famous potato soup.

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no funeral service or visitation.  Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
