Barbara A. Snyder, 84, of Circleville, passed 9 a.m., Thursday, October 5, 2023 at Pickaway Manor following a brief illness.

She was born April 24, 1939 in Ross County to the late Benjamin and Nellie (Stevens) Gray.

Surviving are children, Marsha Snyder, of Chillicothe, Belinda (Pat) Bowe, of Rockbridge, Tony (Felissa) Snyder, of Chillicothe, Gina (Mike) Davis, of Chillicothe and Ben (Danie) Snyder, of South Bloomingville; 13 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren plus 1 great grandchild due in January; a great great granddaughter; a sister, Ruth (Ronald) Synder of Circleville; numerous nieces and nephews, including special nephew, Ed Routt,  She was predeceased by daughter and son-in-law, Sherrie and Jack Seymour; brother, Merle Routt and infant brother, Milton Gray; an infant sister, Delores Gray; and a sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Ernie Graves.

Barbara was a homemaker for her family.

A memorial service will be held 6:30 p.m. Monday, October 9, 2023 at WARE FUNERAL HOME with Minister Barry Bennett officiating.  Friends and family may call  5 – 6:30 p.m. prior to the service on Monday.
