Betty A. Archey, 78, of Chillicothe, passed at 11:55 p.m. Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at her residence following an extended illness.

She was born May 29, 1946, in Chillicothe, Ohio, to the late Lloyd and Carol Anders Current.

Surviving are daughters, Cathy L. Wright and her companion Richard Warner, of Chillicothe and Donna J. Sturgell, of Wilmington; a grandson, Jeremy (Valerie) Wright, of Chillicothe; and great grandchildren, Isaac and Hanna Wright, of Chillicothe.  She was predeceased by her first husband, Bobby Sturgell and second husband, Ralph Archey.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 12, 2024 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Bruce Viar officaiting.  Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.  Visitation for family and friends will be held one hour prior to the funeral service on Wednesday.
