Betty L. Jenkins, 86, of Pickerington, formerly of Chillicothe, passed at 12:50 p.m. Sunday, February 25, 2024 in Tuscany Gardens, Pataskala.

She was born September 21, 1937, in Chillicothe, to the late Delbert and Bessix Baxter Borland.  On June 15, 1957, she married Frank Jenkins who died June 8, 2022.

Surviving are sons, Douglas A. (Cindy) Jenkins, of Pickerington, OH and Daniel A. (Eric Moreno) Jenkins, of Dayton, OH; a grandson, Craig A. Jenkins.

Betty was a charter member of Brookside Church.  She retired from Whited Seigneur Sams and Rahe CPA where she had worked as an Accountant and Office Manager.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, February 29, 2024 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with her son, Rev. Douglas Jenkins officiating.  Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.  Visitation for family and friends will be held from 12 – 2 p.m. prior to the service .
