Charlotte L. Elliott, 92, of Chillicothe, passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at her home.

She was born May 14, 1931 in Ross County to the late Charles and Myrtle (Hosselton) Nunley.  On July 14, 1951 she married Max R. Elliott who preceded her on April 19, 2012.

Surviving are children, April (Rick Hughes) Elliott and Max S. Elliott, both of Chillicothe; Kimberly Hughes, Richard Hughes, John Hughes, Max Elliott, Ryan Elliott, Cheryl Carner and Sarah Stephens; grandchildren,  several great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren; sisters, Hilda Pyles, Virginia Beeler and Judy Dempsey; brothers, Charles (Ann) Nunley, Eldon (Carolyn) Nunley and John (Karen) Nunley.  She was preceded in death by daughter, Elizabeth Susan Hughes; sisters, Carol Sams and Samilla Nunley.

Charlotte retired from Sears Dept. Store.  She was a member of First Freewill Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests, memorial contributions be made to Adena Hospice 277 Western Ave., Chillicothe, Ohio 45601.

A private graveside service  will be held for the family with Pastor Mitchell Salyers officiating.
