Cynthia A. Withrow, 66, of Chillicothe, passed 2:43 a.m. Thursday, June 22, 2023 in the Adena Regional Medical Center following an extended illness.

She was born December 18, 1956, in Ross County, Ohio, to the late Harry and Alice Kelley Withrow.

Surviving are sons, Joshua (Sasha) Depew, of Circleville and Joseph Depew, of Chillicothe; several grandchildren including Ryan and Aaron Knox and Shawn Withrow; brothers, Virgil (Linda) Withrow, of Texas and Michael Withrow, of Chillicothe; a sister, Jo Tinker, of Chillicothe; a daughter-in-law, Shannon Withrow, of Chillicothe; and a grand daughter-in-law, Ameerah Withrow, of Chillicothe.  She was predeceased by a son, John Withrow and several brothers and sisters.

Cynthia was a member of Real Joy Community Fellowship.

A celebration of her life will be held at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
