Debra L. Bolin Cartee (Eldridge), 70, of Richmond Dale, passed at 1:14 p.m. Thursday, November 23, 2023 at her residence.

She was born January 12, 1953, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to the late Kenneth D. Sr. and Virginia M. McMillian Bolin.  In 1978, she married Paul Eldridge who passed in 1997.  In 1998, she married Rodger Cartee who survives.

Also surviving are children, Teresa (Richard) Butler, of Londonderry, Gregory (Angie) Eldridge, of Lancaster, Delicia Eldridge, of Columbus and Daniel (Vickie) Eldridge, of Chillicothe; beloved daughter, Cassidy Peters, of Richmond Dale; grandchildren, Baylee (Logan) Butler, Mikah (Caleb) Burkhart, Jared (Heather) Butler, Joshua Woods, Victor Varner, Devyn Eldridge, Madason (Logan) Brownfield, Megan Eldridge and Kateri Eldridge; great grandchildren, Saphira Butler, Silas Butler, Hayden Butler-Caroll, Everly Brownfield, Emmalynn Brownfield and Elliott Brownfield; sisters, Karen (Douglas) Andrus, of Piqua, Cynthia McMillian, of Circleville and April McMillian, of Columbus; brothers,  Kenneth (Reva) Bolin, Jr. of Pleasant Hill, Douglas (Sue) McMillian, of Piqua, Jeff (Pam) Sears, of Barbourville, KY and Roger McMillian, of Joliet, IL; and numerous nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Vicky Cox.

In 1999, Debra retired, due to health reasons, from Elder-Beerman where she had worked as a supervisor.  She was a member of the Richmond Dale United Methodist Church.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 29, 2023 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Karen Farr officiating.  Burial will follow in Charleston Church of the Brethren Cemetery.  Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 12 noon to 2 p.m. prior to the funeral service on Wednesday.
