Evelyn L. Bostwick, 65, of Chillicothe, passed on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at her residence unexpectedly.

She was born October 17, 1960, in Chillicothe, Ohio, to the late Roger Compher and Barbara Imboden.

Surviving are a son, Dusty Bostwick and Natoshia (Phillip) Summers, all of Waverly; grandchildren, Ethan (Natalee) Summers, Austin Summers, Bradley Summers, Maverick Miller, and Issac Bostwick; great grandchildren, Brock Miller and Coleson Summers; a sister, Diane (Randy) Southern, of Chillicothe; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by brothers, Troy Imboden and Brad Dement; longtime companion, Bryon Yeager; and a step daughter, Jade Yeager.

Evelyn had a heart of gold and was always willing to help others in need. She will be missed by everyone who knew and loved her.

A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, August 6, 2026 in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, August 5, 2026.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Ware Funeral Home to help the family.
