Frederick "Fred" William Jewell passed away on June 21, 2023.

Fred was born on December 29, 1952 in Columbus to the late Donald and Audrey (Eisel) Jewell.

He is survived by his children,  Nathan Jewell, Natalie Ziadeh, and Nickolas Jewell; brothers, Steven (Marilyn) Jewell and Daniel (Linda) Jewell; sisters Donna (Michael) Hard and Susan (Daniel) Hannon; many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his beloved Mary Colter.

Fred grew up in Columbus, Ohio and graduated from Franklin Heights High School.  He spent his later years in Chillicothe, Ohio.   Fred loved to fish and enjoyed the outdoors.  He was a friend to anyone and everyone.

The family would like to give gratitude and thanks to Patricia Martin and her family, who were there for Fred throughout his illness, and  to all the nurses and aides who spent time with him on a daily basis.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, July 3, 2023 at the WARE FUNERAL HOME. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Chillicothe, Ohio.  Friends and family may call 1 hour prior to the service on Monday.
