Garry E. Sigler, 77, of Chillicothe, passed at 5:05 p.m. Tuesday, June 4, 2024 in the Adena Regional Medical Center following an extended illness.

He was born November 3, 1946, in Fairfield County, Ohio, to the late Joe and Lillie Paul Sigler.  In 1981, he married the former Goldie "Vernita" Delay Sigler who survives.

Also surviving are a daughter, Tina Love, of Lancaster; grandchildren, Amon Crabtree, Tiffany Schneider, Mark Love, and Sheridan Love; great grandchildren, Austin Hayes, Alivia Schneider, Mason Crabtree, and Katie Morgan; and sisters, Norma Morgan, of Oklahoma and Patty Estep, of Tennessee.  He was predeceased by his mother and stepfather, Lillie and Jim Rhodes who raised him.

Garry served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.  He retired from General Motors.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Monday, June 10, 2024 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Bruce Viar officiating.  Burial will follow in Huntington Township Cemetery where military graveside rites will be conducted by the Ross County Veterans Honor Guard.  Visitation for family and friends will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday.
