Harold L. Love, 82, of Chillicothe, died 6:10 p.m. Sunday, May 26, 2024 in the Adena Regional Medical Center following a brief illness.

He was born October 15, 1941, in Somerset, Ohio, to the late Marvin L. and Mildred G. Reincheld Love.  On November 20, 1964, he married the former Peggy Ann Mason who passed August 7, 2019.

Surviving are several nieces and nephews.  In addition to his wife, he was predeceased by two sisters.

Harold was a 1959 graduate of Lancaster High School.  He retired from Kenworth Truck Company where he had worked as a welder.  Harold was an avid hunter, loved to fish, enjoyed golfing and bowling and always looked forward to playing cards with his friends at the Club.

Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Monday, June 3, 2024 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Rick Hartley officiating.  Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.  Visitation for family and friends will be held in the WARE FUNERAL HOME one hour prior to the funeral service on Monday.
