Hazel Claytor, 76, of Chillicothe, passed at 5:04 a.m. Friday, June 9, 2023 at Ohio State University's Wexner Medical Center Brain and Spine Hospital unexpectedly.

She was born July 16, 1946, in Chillicothe, to the late Robert and Rosemary Pence Rapp. On November 12, 1993, she married Floyd Claytor who survives.

Also surviving are daughters, Elizabeth (Ron) Baxter and Tammy (Bob) Cline, both of Chillicothe; a niece, Donna Tisdale-Gilmore; and a nephew, Donald "Butch" Rapp, Jr.  She was predeceased by a brother, Donald Rapp, Sr.

Hazel was a member of the Richmond Dale Baptist Church and had worked and retired from Heartland Nursing Home in 2012.

Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
