Helen Chapman, 74, of Chillicothe, died 12:40 p.m. Wednesday, July 28, 2021 in Westmoreland Place following an extended illness.

She was born March 20, 1947, in Logan, WV, to the late George and Molly Browning McNeely.

Surviving are children, Jimmy Dingess, Carrie (James) Gray, Shawn Chapman, Jason Chapman and Ryan Chapman; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a sister, Jo Ann (Donald) Argabrite, of South Point, OH.  She was predeceased by her husband, Sonny Chapman; a daughter, Sunny Thomas; and a brother, Edward McNeely.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Monday, August 2, 2021 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Harold Gray officiating.  Burial will follow in Green Summit Cemetery.  Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME one hour prior to the service on Monday.
