John Franklin Shipley, 69, of Chillicothe, passed at 2:34 p.m. Monday, August 10, 2026 at his residence.
He was born April 23, 1957, to the late Franklin and Chestine Wallace Shipley.
Surviving are his daughter, Amanda and best friend, Shelly Caruthers.
Memorial contributions may be made to the WARE FUNERAL HOME to help the family with cremation expenses.
