Katherine Osborne age 97 of Londonderry, Ohio, died Tuesday morning, January 28th, 2025.

Katherine was born October 14th, 1927 in Greenup, Kentucky to the late Sherman and Oma (Royster) Horsley.  On June 1st, 1946 she married Olen J. Osborne who preceded her January 4th, 2009.  Together they raised eight children.

Surviving are children, Garry R. (Patsy) Osborne, of Londonderry, John G. (Barbara) Osborne, of Galloway, Karen Arnold, of Londonderry, Avery (Diana) Osborne, of Fairborn, Gail (Russ) Neff Jr., of Chillicothe, Sherman Jay (Tamara) Osborne, of Piketon and Marshel (Tammy) Osborne, of Chillicothe; a host of grandchildren , great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; sisters, Dottie Osborne and Wanda Whetsell; many very special nieces and nephews who loved and respected her.  She was predeceased by daughter, Clara Jane Meade; sons-in-law, Johnny Meade and Clayton Arnold; sisters, Marie Jenkins, Norine Cryder, Madelyn Dummitt, Virginia Conkel, Betty Conley and Juanita Arnold; brothers, Don and Leo Horsley; great grandson, Christropher Hollar.

Mommy loved her family and her God.  She was a great Prayer Warrior. Mommy will be greatly missed.

Viewing will be held at WARE FUNERAL HOME on Sunday, February 2, 2025 5 to 8 p.m.

Funeral services will be at The Richmond Dale Church of God on Monday, February 3, 2025 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Dean E. Thompson Sr., officiating and special prayer given by Rev. John S. Evans, Sr.  Viewing will be held 1 hour prior to the service.  Burial will follow in Londonderry Cemetery.
