Kathy Rose Horsley, 59, of Chillicothe, passed 2:48 p.m. Tuesday, July 9, 2024 following a brief illness.

She was born December 4, 1964 in Columbus to Dow II and Viola McCoy Cisco.  On July 3, 2010 she married Cyrus W. Horsley, Jr. who survives.

Also surviving children, Adam (Summer) Rose, of Hallsville, Eric (Laura) Rose, Cecelia Rose, Stacy (Craig) Severance, all of Chillicothe, Cyrus (Christina) Horsley, of Jackson Co. and Robert Horsley, of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Miley, Conner, Cooper, Cason, Amelia, Elizabeth, Payton, Evan, Sadie, Cyrus, Kalynn, Desirea, Adam, Zach, Robbie, Breadan and Brittany; many great grandchildren; father, Dow Cisco, II; sister, Susan Cisco; brothers, Dow Cisco, III and Jimmy (Mary Ann) Cisco; many nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by mother, Viola Cisco and sister, Mary Warthman.

Kathy was a former employee of the Adena Regional Medical Center.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Ware Funeral Home 121 W. Second St., Chillicothe, OH 45601.

Calling hours will be held 5 – 7 p.m. Saturday, July 13, 2024 at the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
