Lee-Ann Lyn Withrow was born into the arms of Jesus at 7:40 p.m. Saturday, July 11, 2026 in Holzer Hospital, in Gallipolis.

Surviving are her parents, Dustin Moriah and Jessica Renae (Ball) Withrow; sisters, Alicelee Withrow, Boo Boo Brink, and Bella Brink; brothers, Dezmond Withrow, Landon Withrow and Dustin Smith; grandparents, Mike Withrow, Jeff Ball and Marsha Ball; a great grandmother, Sandra Dameron; aunts, Betty Osborne, Sandra DePugh and Lyndsay Ball; and many cousins including, Nikki DePugh. She was predeceased by her grandma, Tamara Ball; a great grandmother, Minnie Ball; and an uncle, Michael Withrow, Jr.

Lee-Ann will be loved and missed until we are reunited with her in Heaven. Her spirit will live on thru her family who is left to cherish her memory.

A private celebration of her life will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
