Lisa R. Blevins, 59,passed 2:18 p.m. January 22, 2024 at Adena Regional Medical Center following an extended illness.

She was born March 27, 1964 in Ross County to the late Talmadge and Connie (French) Blevins.

Surviving are her companion, Chris Cox; children, Joshua A. Blevins, of Chillicothe and Courtney R. Detillian, of Chillicothe; 7 grandchildren; brothers, Jeff (Joy) Blevins, of Florida, Kevin (Lisa) Blevins, of Chillicothe and Randy Blevins, of Chillicothe; sister, Paula (Sam) McKenzie, of Chillicothe; friends, Elishia and Jack, of Columbus; life long friend, Debbie Pelfrey McCaffory, of Adelphi.

Lisa attended Freewill Baptist Church.

In keeping with her wishes there will be no calling hours or funeral services.  A celebration of life will be held at a later date.  Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
