Louise Belle Parker, 94, of Chillicothe, passed 9:18 p.m. Sunday, August 13, 2023 at her residence following a brief illness.

She was born September 14, 1928, in Ross County, Ohio, to the late Floyd and Mary Large Rinehart.  On November 2, 1946, she married Earl Parker who died January 11, 1996.

Surviving are sons, Larry E. (Debbie) Parker, of Chillicothe, Michael L. (Judy) Parker, of Chillicothe, Rick A. (Denice) Parker, of South Salem, Jeffrey D. Parker, of Indianapolis, IN and James D. (Jode) Parker, of Columbus; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Bonnie Hoberty, of Worthington; an uncle, Robert "Les" Parker, of Chillicothe; and several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by sisters, Evelyn Priest, Kathryn Cockrell, Geraldine Byrd, Pauline Derexson and Cleo Bethel and brothers, Willard Rinehart, Robert Rinehart, Charles Wesley Rinehart and Carl Edward Rinehart.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to her daughter-in-law, Judy Parker, who was her best friend and caregiver, for the wonderful care given to Louise during her time of need.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, August 17, 2023 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Rick Hartley officiating.  Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.  Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME one hour prior to the funeral service on Thursday.
