Marilyn G. Echard, 77, of Frankfort, passed 3:48 a.m. Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at Adena Regional Medical Center.

She was born January 11, 1947 in Ross County to the late Raymond and Lovetta (Graves) Mingus. On December 10, 1965 she married George L Echard, Jr. who died February 5, 2021.

Surviving are a daughter; Stephanie Draise; a son Christopher Echard, both of Frankfort; special grandchildren, Cody and Justin Draise; sisters Carolyn (Dean) Bennett, of Frankfort, Malinda Hamm, Chillicothe, and Pamela (Bud) Faulkner, of Chillicothe; many nieces, nephews and friends including special friends the Elliott family. She was predeceased by an infant son, Craig Allen Echard.

Marlyin was a homemaker and member of the Ross County Senior Citizens.

A Funeral Service will be held 2:30 p.m. Sunday, February 11, 2024 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Rick Hartley officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. until the service hour on Sunday.
