Marvin R. “Jack” Davisson, 82, of Chillicothe, passed at 1:39 p.m. Saturday, July 25, 2026 at his residence.

He was born March 27, 1944 to the late Oscar and Gladys Bowles Davisson.

He is survived by sons, Marvin Leasure and John Davisson and many extended family members.

Jack served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.

Jack was laid to rest following a private family graveside service in Twin Township Cemetery on July 31, 2026. Assistant Pastor Ed Hines officiated his graveside and military honors were conducted by the Ross County Veterans Honor Guard. Arrangements were handled by the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
