Patricia A. Barclay, 80, of Chillicothe died Sunday, April 30, 2023 surrounded by her loving family.

She was born September 27, 1942, in Ross County to the late Carrol (Ike) and Gayla (Tarbill) Lockard.  She was preceded in death by her son, Charles Barclay in 2013, and a sister, Charlotte L. Rhoades.

Patricia worked for Mead Paper for 24 years in Chillicothe.  A loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed cooking, sewing and crafting for her family and friends.  She leaves behind Webster, her little Yorkie and Maggie her cat.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Robert (Bob) Barclay;  son, Kenneth (Melissa) Barclay of Tallapoosa, Georgia;  daughter-in-law, Carrie Barclay of Granville, OH;  brother, George Lockard of Chillicothe;  sister, Bonnie Lockard of Chillicothe; sisters-in-law, Wanda (Jack) Schrader, Chillicothe, Pam (Bruce) Bostwick of Champaign, Illinois and Maxine (Buddy) Barclay of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Joseph, John, Ken and Robert Barclay; great granddaughter, Novaleigh Barclay.

A Celebration of Life for Patricia Ann Barclay will be held from 1 – 4 p.m. Saturday, May 6, 2023 at WARE FUNERAL HOME 121 W. Second St., Chillicothe, OH.
