Paula M. Johnson, 83, of Chillicothe, passed 1:47 a.m. Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at Adena Regional Medical Center following a brief illness.

She was born July 24, 1940 in Ross County to the late Paul and Minnie (Uhrig) Stonerock.  On May 20, 1962 she married Loyd "Grumpy" Johnson who preceded her in death on November 27, 2006.

Surviving are brothers, Brent (Becky) Stonerock, of Chillicothe and Barry Stonerock, of Circleville; several nieces and nephews.

Paula retired from Pixelle after 63 years and was a member of OPEIU Local 422.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday, March 11, 2024 at WARE FUNERAL HOME with Reverend Dwight Gragg, Jr. officiating.  Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Garden.  Friends and family may call from 5 – 7 p.m. on Sunday.
