Randell L. Wilson, 61, of Chillicothe, passed at 3:24 p.m. Sunday, October 1, 2023 at his residence unexpectedly.

He was born January 8, 1962, in Chillicothe, Ohio, to Lloyd and Shirley Chaney Wilson.

Surviving are a son, Randell L. "Randy" (Brittany) Wilson, Jr., of Grove City; a daughter, Lindsey (Anthony) Wagner, of Waverly, OH; mother, Shirley Wilson, of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Alexis Wedebrook, Lillian Wilson, Sydni Wilson, Laynee Wagner, Dakota Wilson, and Ryan Wagner; brothers, Steve (Debbie) Wilson and Lloyd (Tonya) Wilson; a sister, Charlene (Ovid) Clary, all of Chillicothe; several nieces and nephews; and life-long friend, Casey Sutherland, of Chillicothe.  He was predeceased by his father, Lloyd Wilson and a sister, Donna Nichols.

Randy had worked for the Adena Regional Medical Center as a Network Engineer.  He served in the United States Air Force for 12 years.  Randy was a life member of AMVETS Post 4.  He loved to spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren, just hanging out and grilling food.  Randy was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan and loved to watch his grandchildren play soccer and softball.

A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, October 9, 2023 in Greenlawn Cemetery with Pastor Rick Hartley officiating.  Family and friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the graveside service on Monday.
