Sally Ann Salt, 91, of Chillicothe, passed Saturday, August 1, 2026 following an extended illness.

She was born December 22, 1934, in Chillicothe, Ohio, to Beatrice Hughes.

Sally worked as Assistant to the Dean of Ohio University -Chillicothe, Ohio for 16 years.

Surviving are her husband of 72 years, Roy W. Salt, a son Rick A. Salt, and a daughter Tamera K. Geiger. She was preceded in death by her son Doak W. Salt.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 5, 2026 in Grandview Cemetery, Chillicothe, Ohio. Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
