Samuel F. Williams, 61, of Chillicothe, passed 10:05 a.m. Saturday, April 29, 2023 at his residence following an extended illness.

He was born December 5, 1961, in Wheeling, WV, to the late Alva G. and Iza L. Taggart Williams.  On July 2, 2002, he married the former Rebecca Walker who survives.

Also surviving are a stepson, Brian (Caitlyn) Cade, of Montclair, NJ; grandsons, Owen and Jack Cade; Martin Williams, of Delaware, OH and David (Ruth) Williams, of Rayland, OH; a sister, Sandra (Arthur) Staymate, of Rayland, OH; a sister-in-law, Gayle Williams, of Panama City, FL; and his love, his dogs whom he considered his four legged children, Brutus and Roxie.  He was predeceased by a brother, Jonathan Williams.

Samuel attended Brookside Church.  He had worked as a Master Craftsman.

There will be no funeral service or calling hours.  Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
