Stephen D. Jones, 73, of Chillicothe, died 12:59 p.m. Friday, April 26, 2024 in Adena Regional Medical Center following a short illness.

He was born August 10, 1950 in Union City, Ohio to the late Morris J. and Lydia L. Williamson Jones.

Surviving are a sister, Teresa J. McFall, of Bloomington, IN; brothers, Wesley A. Jones, of Elkhart, IN and Randall D. Jones, of Goshen, IN and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Karen Wolfe-Jones and a brother, Craig Jones.

Stephen served in the U.S. Marine Corps and enjoyed playing his guitar.

There will be no funeral service or calling hours. Following cremation he will be interred in the Rice Cemetery in Elkhart, IN. Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
