Theresa Parker, 62, of Chillicothe passed 11:40 a.m. Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at her home following an extended illness.

She was born March 19, 1964 in Chillicothe to the late Richard and Francis Bell Parker.

Surviving are children, Christy (Steven) Little and Noah (Jessica Huff) Parker, both of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Makyla Southers, Kasen Little, Elijah Parker and Leamarie Parker, all of Chillicothe; sisters, Jackie (David) Glassburn, Virginia Keller, Tami Kelley (Lewis) and Kim Hardesty; a long time companion Tom Stotridge; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers, Rick and Allen (Missy) Parker and step-son, Eric Southers; a nephew, Charlie Cottrill.

Theresa had been a nurse’s aid before becoming disabled. She will be deeply missed. The family would like to thank Adena Hospice for the services they provided.

Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Friday, August 21, 2026 at the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Chris Anderson officiating.  Burial will following in Greenlawn Cemetery.  Visitation will be 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. prior to the service on Friday.
