Tyson Shane
Connery
Jan 19, 1975 — Apr 24, 2024
Tyson Shane Connery is with the Lord. He passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday April 24th, 2024 in Easley, South Carolina.
Tyson was born January 19, 1975 in Biloxi, Mississippi to his surviving parents, Melodee (Bill Lacey) Connery and David W. Connery. Alyssa B. Ater gave Tyson two beautiful daughters, Kaitlyn (Byrd Green) Connery and Lauryn Connery. His girls illuminated his life and were loved beyond anything they could ever imagine. He is also survived by deeply loved siblings David (Tanya Michelle) Connery, Amanda (Sean) Nisil, Amy (Donald) Penrod and his many beloved nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and his grandmother Loretta Hafer. Tyson is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents David and Arlene Connery, maternal grandfather "Dutch" Hafer, niece Vera Rose Penrod, and his daughters' Granny, Soni Ater.
Tyson, also known as Ty by many loved ones, called many places home over his younger years before spending the majority of his life in Chillicothe, Ohio where he raised his children and collected life long friends. Tyson graduated from Unioto High School in the class of 1994, where he played football, baseball, and met the mother of his children.
Tyson was a man who lived his life by following his Faith. He wanted nothing more than to follow Christ intentionally and be a fisher of men (Matthew 4:19). Tyson will be remembered for his caring heart, generosity, infectious laugh and having a knack for making a friend anywhere he went. He is missed greatly by those who love him most.
A Celebration of his Life will be held 11 a.m. Friday, May 3, 2024 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Obadiah Harris officiating. Burial will follow in Springbank Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday. He would have loved for all who are able to attend.
