Virginia M. "Ginny" Bouillion, 90, of Chillicothe, passed peacefully surrounded by her family at 3:34 p.m. Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at her residence following an extended illness.

She was born September 4, 1933, in Chillicothe, to the late Maynard and Aurelia Seymour Leedom.  On January 14, 1956, she married Martin A. "Marty" Bouillion who passed June 28, 2000.

Surviving are children, Kathy (Terry) King, of Portsmouth, Chris (Jemma) Bouillion, of Haughton, LA, Elizabeth (Donald) Richards, of Chillicothe and Amy Long, of Chillicothe;      grandchildren, Meggan (Cynog) Prys, Marty (Alysha) Lloyd, Hannah (John) Johnson, Brett (Stephanie) Bouillion, Adam Bouillion, Katelyn (Jeff) Davis, Maxwell (Elizabeth) Krebs, Avery Hartshorn, Lucy (Nicholas) Kraft, and Preston Lynch; 11 great grandchildren; a nephew, Gene (Treva) Hardman, of Chillicothe; and a niece, Brenda (Johnny) Richard, of Chillicothe.

Ginny had worked at the Chillicothe Fire Department as a Bookkeeper and also at the Chillicothe Telephone Company.  She was a longtime member of St. Peter Church and was also a member of the American Legion Post 62.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, March 4, 2024 in St. Margaret Cemetery with Nathan Woodworth officiating.  There will be no calling hours.  Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
