Wayne Lee Cotterman, 61, of Chillicothe, passed at 1:21 a.m. Saturday, March 9, 2024 in the Adena Regional Medical Center following a prolonged illness.

He was born August 2, 1962, in Chillicothe, Ohio, to the late Walter and Elizabeth Seymour Cotterman.

Surviving are children, Randy Cotterman, Jason Cotterman, Wayne Scott (Katherine) Cotterman, Lauren Johnson, and Acacia Lemaster; grandchildren, Madison, Michael, Jordis, Brooklyn, Layne, Devon and Emily; a great grandson, Koa; sisters, Judy (Clint) Ison, Mary Jones, and Karen Cotterman, all of Chillicothe; several nieces and nephews; and many friends, including Lynda Hamlin and Brandy Lemaster.  In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Sherrie Cotterman and a brother, Randy Cotterman.

Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Sunday, March 17, 2024 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Minister Ron Anderson officiating..  Visitation will be one hour prior to his funeral service on Sunday.
