Alfred Leroy "Roy" Parker Obituary

Alfred Leroy "Roy" Parker, 76, of Chillicothe, passed at 2:40 p.m. Thursday, July 14, 2022 in the Adena Regional Medical Center following an extended illness.

He was born July 22, 1945, in Williamsport, Ohio, to the late Shirley and Thelma Knisley Parker.

Surviving are children, Karen Jones and her companion, Neil Daniel, Roy Parker, Angie Parker and Jamie Parker; former wife and mother of his 4 children, Mary Parker, all of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Austin Parker, Kyle Parker, Abbi Parker and Wesley Parker; 2 sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by several brothers and sisters.

Alfred worked in construction and had worked for several area contractors including, IBI, Pete Detty and Warren Stevens.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
