Amber Aills

     Amber Dawn Aills, 29, of Chillicothe, passed at 11:20 a.m. Tuesday, August 26, 2025 in the Adena Regional Medical Center unexpectedly as the result of a car accident.

     She was born June 7, 1996, in Columbus, Ohio, to Donald G. Aills Jr. and Penny Claytor.

     Surviving are her children, Braxton Donnells and Harper Donnells; companion, Kevin Donnells; mom and stepdad, Penny and Charles II Knece; sisters, Brittany Claytor, Ceara (fiance, Justin Richards Sr.) Comer and Savanah Knece; a brother, Charles “Chuckie” Knece III; grandparents, James and June Claytor and John Miller; aunts, Deverah (John) Turner, Bev (Roger) Howard, Shawana Myers and Tonya Crow; nieces and nephews, Davien Claytor, Journey Claytor, Justin Richards Jr., Sylvia Richards, Marilyn Richards and Brayden and Jaycee; and numerous cousins. She was predeceased by her father, Donald L. “Buddy Bud” Aills, Jr.; grandparents, Mary Miller, Patty Aills and Donald Aills; an aunt, Stephanie Rowland; an uncle, James “Jimmy” Aills; a great uncle, James Claytor, Jr; and step dad, John “BJ” Comer.

     Although Amber was quite, she had many friends.  She was always willing to help others.  Amber was an amazing mother to her two children.  She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. 

     Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, September 3, 2025 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Mark Clendaniel officiating.  Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.  Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the funeral service on Wednesday.
