Andrea McNeely

     Andrea McNeely, 74, of Chillicothe, died 6:10 p.m. Tuesday, October 5, 2021 in the Adena Regional Medical Center following a brief illness.

     She was born January 31, 1947, in Chillicothe, Ohio, to the late Ernest T. and Lois Marie Martin Brown.  She was married to Jacob O. McNeely Jr. who died September 27, 2018.

     Surviving are children Stephanie (Dean Bethel) McDonald, of Frankfort and Nick (Amy) McDonald, of Frankfort; granddaughters, Mallory (Casey) Wood, of Frankfort, Jessica (Ronnie Guysinger) McDonald, of Frankfort, and Anna (Noah) Daniels, of Clarksburg; great granddaughters, Maggie and Macy Wood; a brother, Tom (Chris) Brown, of Chillicothe; a step sister, Nancy (Jack) Snyder, of Chillicothe; numerous nieces and nephews; and many life-long friends.  In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a grandson, Jacob McDonald.

     Andrea was a member of Brookside Church and retired from the Mead Corporation where she had worked for 38 years.

     A memorial service will be held 6 p.m. Monday, October 11, 2021 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Dan Bennett officiating.  Family and friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 3 to 6 p.m. Monday.  A private graveside service will be held in Grandview Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
