Andrew Austin Pettit Obituary

Andrew Austin Pettit, 25, of Chillicothe, passed at 4:51 a.m. Friday, November 10, 2023 in the Ohio State University’s Wexner Medical Center as the result of an automobile accident.

He was born September 19, 1998, in Chillicothe, to Timothy Sr. and Dora Leasure Pettit, both whom survive, of Chillicothe.

In addition to his parents, surviving are brothers, Tim Pettit, Jr., of Zaleski, OH and Steven Pettit, of Chillicothe; a sister, Melinda Pettit, of Chillicothe; grandmother, Alice Pettit, of Chillicothe; and a niece, McKenzie Dewhurst.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, November 14, 2023 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Cliff Harber officiating. Burial will follow in Charleston Church of the Brethren Cemetery. Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the WARE FUNERAL HOME to help the family.
