Betty Clark Obituary

Betty L. Clark, 95, of Chillicothe, died 11:09 P.M. Friday, September10,2021 in the William Wilson House following a brief illness.

She was born August 6, 1926 in Ashland, Kentucky to the late Clyde and Myra Thompson Spears. On August 8, 1945, she married James M. Clark, who died May 4, 1996.

Surviving are a daughter, Teresa (James R., Jr.) Skinner, of Chillicothe; and a son, Glenn (Linda) Clark, of Columbus; grandchildren, Laura Clark, Brandon (Nikki) Clark, George (Crystal) Clark, Dustin (Jennifer) Clark, Jimmy (Heather) Skinner and Emily (Brian) Mosley; and 7 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, George E. Clark.

Betty was a member of the Tabernacle Baptist Church and the church Berean Class.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 15, 2021 in the WARE FUENRAL HOME with Pastor Charles Elliott officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Cemetery. Friends may call from 12 to 2 p.m. at the Ware Funeral Home prior to the service on Wednesday.
