Brenda S. Brown

     Brenda S. Brown, 69, of Chillicothe, passed 3:39 p.m. Saturday, April 23, 2022 at Four Seasons of Washington following a longtime courageous battle with Dementia.

     She was born March 26, 1953, in Ross County, Ohio, to Raymond and Patricia Hoffman Clark.  On November 6, 1971, she married Robert D. “Bob” Brown who survives.

     In addition to her husband, surviving are her father, Raymond Clark, of Londonderry; B.J. (Rachael) Brown, of Chillicothe; Brian (Kayla) Brown, of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Trey (fiancee, Mackenna Steele), Landon, Mason, Emme, Dax and Livia Brown; siblings, Becky Davis, of Londonderry, Barry (Lori) Clark, of Londonderry and Beth (Dale) Kraft, of Chillicothe; several nieces and nephews; and former brother-in-law, George Davis, of Chillicothe.  She was predeceased by her mother, Patricia Clark; an infant son, Bobby Clark Brown; and maternal grandmother, Edith Hoffman; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Dick and Mary Brown.

     Brenda was a member of Concord United Methodist Church and was a 1971 Graduate of Southeastern High School.  She had been a proud farm wife for many years, was part owner of the Cross Patch and had worked at the former Elliott-Mathis Flowers.

     The family would like to extend a special “thank you” to the staff at Four Seasons of Washington, in Washington Court House, Ohio, for the loving care given to Brenda and compassion shown to our family during this time.        

     Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 29, 2022 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Michael Rhoads officiating.  Burial will follow in Concord Cemetery.  Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
