Brian Leigh Frey

     Brian Leigh Frey, 56, of Chillicothe, passed at 2:34 p.m. Thursday, December 18, 2025 in the Adena Regional Medical Center following an extended illness.

     He was born September 2, 1969 in Chillicothe, to Harold L. Sr. and Lucille E. Jones Frey, both who survive of Chillicothe.

     In addition to his parents, surviving are his kids, Christopher (Barbara) Frey, Zachary Frey, Shelby Baker, Hannah Frey and Cayleigh Frey; several grandchildren, including Cameron Frey; a great grandchild on the way; a sister, Kim Frey, of Frankfort; step brothers, Dale (Jody) Jones and Roger (Thersa) Jones; and several nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by a son, Bradley Ramsey; a grandson, Patrick G. Frey; and a brother, Harold “Chip” Frey Jr.

     There will be no funeral service or calling hours.  Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
