Carolyn Sue Kellough, 72, of Chillicothe, went to be with her Lord, 7 p.m., Tuesday, April 27, 2021 in Adena Regional Medical Center.
Sue was born July 11, 1948, in Ross County, to the late Lloyd and Ruth (Demint) Johnson. On June 21, 1966, she married Rev. Willard L. “Bluey” Kellough, who died April 15, 2021. Sue loved Willard with her whole heart. God knew their bond could not be broken and now the loved they shared will last for eternity. Our mother’s relationship with Jesus was a living one. She knew how to encourage others in need. She always had a humble heart and a unique way to make everyone she loved feel special. Sue faced many adversities in life. Each one she handled with such grace which she found in the Lord. She loved her grandchildren deeply, and taught them how to love and serve God by her own example. Beyond all the jobs she carried, being a pastor ‘s wife was one she completed with such love and elegance. She was a friend, mentor and counselor to anyone in need. Sue will be missed deeply by her family and many great friends including, Jonda Whitt.
