Carolyn Sue Massie Taylor Obituary

Carolyn Sue Massie Taylor, 70, of Chillicothe, went to be with the Lord at 1:38 p.m. Monday, August 23, 2021 in the Adena Regional Medical Center following an extended illness.

She was born April 23, 1951, in Washington C.H., Ohio, to the late Raymond F. and Evelyn L. Newland Massie. On July 14, 1970, she married Jack Taylor who died May 5, 1999.

Surviving are sisters, Patty Moreau, Lisa (Bill) Moore, Frances Smith, Mitchel (Tammy) Daugherty, Robert (Belinda) Daugherty, April (Lowell) Lawson, Johnny (Robin) Daugherty and Tina Quarles; a sister-in-law, Shirley Taylor; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Carolyn was a member of Jefferson Avenue CCCU where funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, August 26, 2021 with Pastor Mark Clendaniel officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may call at the Church one hour prior to the service on Thursday. Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
