Charles Christopher Kinney "Chris", 47 of Londonderry, died July 8, 2021 at his residence surrounded by his family following a brief battle with cancer.

He was born September 22, 1973 in Columbus, Ohio to Charles Edwin and Mary Lou Weaver Kinney of South Charleston, Ohio who survive.  On April 10, 2021, he married Kristi Booth Kinney.

Besides his parents and wife, Chris is survived by daughters, Faith Kinney (Denver) of Mt. Sterling, Hope Kinney (Troy) of Canal Winchester, step-sons, Gavin Whiting and Tyson Whiting of Londonderry, sister, Carla Kinney of Columbus, twin grandsons, Leo and Grayson Fleming, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mike and Connie Booth of Chillicothe and also many special friends and co-workers.  He was predeceased by his grandparents.

Chris worked for Quality Pools in Columbus for many years and also enjoyed fishing along with many other hobbies.

Funeral service will be held 11a.m. Monday, July 12, 2021 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Paul Harrington officiating.  Burial will follow in the Londonderry Cemetery.  Friends may call Sunday, July 11, 2021 from 6-8 p.m. in the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
