Connie L. "Nanny" Davis

     Connie L. “Nanny” Davis, 83, of Londonderry, passed at 11:20 a.m. Monday, June 23, 2025 at Embassy of Valley View, Frankfort, Ohio following an extended illness.

     She was born July 8, 1941, in Londonderry, Ohio, to the late Tommy and Laura Pettit Park.  On March 10, 1962, she married Jackie J. Davis who passed December 19, 2018.

     Surviving are daughters, Christina (Bryon) Thornton, of Chillicothe and Belinda (Mike) Hatfield, of Chillicothe; a son, John (Laura) Davis, of Londonderry; 9 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.  In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by 5 sisters and a brother. 

     Nanny never met a stranger.  She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. 

     Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 27, 2025 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME.  A private burial will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 9, 2025 in Floral Hills Memory Gardens, Massieville, Ohio.
